Scott Frey
President & CEO
Scott Frey is one of the original founders who began PossibleNOW in June 2000. Today he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Scott leads the company’s strategic mission to maintain its leadership position in global direct marketing solutions by closely monitoring changes in consumer privacy legislation, industry trends, and delivering innovative products and services to meet clients’ needs.
Under Scott’s tenure as CEO, the company has evolved from a Do Not Call solution provider to a more diverse organization that supports the needs of global direct marketers and consumer privacy data management issues by offering a comprehensive range of technology solutions and consulting services. Scott’s significant insight of regulatory requirements on business operations has been instrumental in the development and delivery of high value technology solutions and services. His energy and vision have contributed to the company’s steady annual growth and profitability.
Scott has more than 20 years management experience in the technology industry, including sales, product marketing and product development. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of CCS Technologies, and President of PC Sales Associates.
Rick Stauffer
Chief Operating Officer
Rick joined PossibleNOW as Chief Operations Officer in 2002 bringing extensive management experience in operations, process improvements, and generating business growth. In this role, he oversees the operations of the company, including support and managed services, and plays a major role in strategic planning, financial planning, and strategic partnerships.
Rick's responsibilities at PossibleNOW have included developing a detailed understanding of the Do Not Call, Do Not E-mail, Do Not Mail, and Do Not Share regulatory environments, and crafting products and processes to provide effective and cost-effective compliance with DNC and telemarketing registration laws to PossibleNOW customers. During his tenure, the company has evolved and refined its data management processes such that the company has achieved zero defect operations. Rick also provides process consulting to PossibleNOW customers.
Prior to joining PossibleNOW, Rick was founder and CEO of a successful Internet entertainment company. Rick has also held executive positions as the chief marketing executive for Intel's Multimedia Products Operation, in corporate planning at GE, and as a strategic planning associate with management consulting firm Booz, Allen and Hamilton. Rick received an MBA from Stanford University and a BSE from Princeton University.
Chris Hoover
Chief Technology Officer
Chris has been responsible for technical and product development at PossibleNOW since its inception. Chris serves as the chief architect of the company’s technical product direction and oversees all product development, systems operations, and maintenance.
Chris has extensive experience architecting complex Internet-based technologies and managing technical development projects. Prior to joining PossibleNOW, Chris founded and served as CTO for Pretorynet, a leading provider of Internet consulting technologies including business-to-business and business-to-consumer web site development. Chris was responsible for technology direction of the company and overall management of the technical staff. Chris managed all facets of technical work including creative design, networking infrastructure design and implementation, database development, quality assurance and quality control and N-tier distributed architecture development.
Prior to founding Pretorynet, Chris was CTO at e-Com Solutions. Chris also held a number of senior technical positions for Banyan Systems and ran his own independent technical consulting firm. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia.
Tim Muenchen
Vice President, Business Development
Tim Muenchen joined PossibleNOW as the Vice President of Sales in 2002. In this capacity, he manages the day-to-day sales and marketing operations. Tim works with prospects and clients around the world to help them find the appropriate solution for their direct marketing compliance and privacy preference management needs.
Tim's ability to apply technical solutions to the direct marketing and regulatory challenges facing companies today has made him a sought-after speaker at conferences in the teleservices, insurance, education, real estate, and financial services industries.
Prior to PossibleNOW, Tim held executive management positions with Covista, Inc. (NASDAQ: CVST); Teleglobe, Inc. (a division of Bell Canada, NYSE: BCE); and BTI (a division of ITC DeltaCom, OTC BB: ITCD.OB). Tim's career in the teleservices and telecommunications industries spans 15 years and is highlighted by successful achievement and leadership.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Georgia.
Michael J. Boone
Vice President & General Manager, PN Technologies
Michael joined PossibleNOW in 2003 as Vice President and General Manager of the IT Services Division. As head of PN Technologies, Michael helps local, regional and national clients implement technology solutions that solve business problems, improve efficiencies and save money. In this role, Michael forms partnerships with leading technology vendors to develop a highly marketable suite of solutions and services. Michael also manages a team of sales and technical personnel who provide technical and implementation services. Michael is responsible for managing all aspects of operations for this business unit, including sales and marketing, and human resources.
Prior to joining PossibleNOW Michael worked for CompuCom Systems in Boston, MA, CCS Technologies in Norcross, GA, and owned his own technology consulting company, Providence Technologies. During PossibleNOW’s inception, he worked as a consultant and was instrumental in building the infrastructure for the initial DNCSolution product.
With a background in technical sales and project management, Michael has 18 years of experience in the healthcare and financial industries. He has developed and implemented technical solutions for Piedmont Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Gwinnett Medical Center, WellStar Health System, NetBank, Fleet Securities and John Hancock Insurance.
Michael holds numerous current technical certifications and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Rhode Island.
Ken Sponsler, CIPP, PMP
Vice President & General Manager, CompliancePoint, Direct Marketing Compliance Practice
Ken Sponsler brings more than 25 years of leadership and management experience and thousands of hours of process engineering and consulting expertise to CompliancePoint, a PossibleNOW company. In his role as Vice President & General Manager of CompliancePoint, Ken manages an ever-growing team of consumer privacy preference compliance consultants and services who work with a wide variety of global direct marketing companies. Ken and his team have performed dozens of US federal and state telemarketing and DNC, CAN-SPAM, Junk Fax and Mail compliance assessments and audits. Prior to CompliancePoint, he assisted PossibleNOW with the development of company-wide compliance and audit procedures.
Ken has extensive experience conducting marketing, data security and privacy compliance consulting assignments for a wide variety of companies including Fortune 500 clients. He was instrumental in designing the primary compliance process that PossibleNOW offers to its corporate customers on an outsourced basis.
Ken serves with the American Teleservices Association as a member of the federal legislative committee, state legislative committee, DNC implementation committee and the compliance officer’s forum. Ken is a member of the board of directors for the ATA’s Southeast chapter. Ken also serves on the Consumer Marketing Working Group of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Ken is a frequent speaker at industry events including the ATA Teleservices Annual Convention and DMA Teleservices Conference.
Prior to joining PossibleNOW, Ken was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton providing consulting services to large organizations. He participated in numerous consulting projects for the government and military including establishing modularity design and organizational changes adopted by the US Army, the development of operations documents for the Air Assault Expeditionary Force project, and project management and contract tracking for the ARL-SOCOM project.
Ken earned certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Ken is also among the first to earn certification as an American Teleservices Association Self Regulatory Organization Auditor. (ATA-SRO). Ken also holds Department of Defense level security clearances.
Jerry Wyble
Vice President & Practice Manager, CompliancePoint, Information Security Compliance Practice
Jerry Wyble brings over 25 years experience in information risk management and business consulting to the Information Security Compliance practice group of CompliancePoint. He and his team of subject matter experts are focused on providing Security Posture Assessments, PCI DSS Assessments, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning, Information Technology Forensics Reporting, and HIPAA Compliance Analysis for small to mid-size businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining CompliancePoint as the practice leader of the Information Security Compliance group, Jerry was the CEO of T3i, a highly successful security risk management firm based in Georgia and serving clients across the nation. T3i was acquired by PossibleNOW in 2010 and was incorporated into CompliancePoint as the Information Security Compliance practice.
Jerry also has experience working for various government agencies as an engineer (TSSBI Clearance) and with IBM Global Services, Business Innovation Services Division as an e-business National Practice CoC Technology Services Manager. In that position, he served as the project manager and was responsible for the planning, design, and installation of all the elements pertaining to the worldwide roll out of IBM’s e-Business Centers of Innovation. This was a $150,000,000 million dollar project and Jerry received IBM’s “Excellence Award” for Leadership Demonstrated.
Jerry is a frequent speaker at worldwide conferences including events held by IBM, Microsoft and 3COM, and his articles about systems design have been featured in numerous trade journals
Jerry has seven years international work experience, holds multiple IT and security certifications, and is a US Army Veteran. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
